Skymol Corporation which handles all live sessions between you and a doctor, stores all live conversation transcripts on their secure servers for 30 days. These transcripts may be viewed to monitor physician performance, investigate a refund request, or to investigate an issue arising out of that conversation.

We will provide you with the means to ensure that any personally, financially, or medically identifiable information in your web account file or past visit records is correct and current.
